we are sneaking away for 4 soul-filled nights to retreat in the jungle paradise of Xinalani (Quimixto, Mexico). we’ll cocoon deep into nature, sleep in thatch-covered dens, wake to bird songs, all nestled in the healing wonders of the Nayarit coastline. we’ll witness stunning whale families during their seasonal migration, hike the ‘hidden gem’ waterfall trail, rebirth in a temazcal house of heat and root down in practice to elevate the deepest parts of our spirits.

each morning, come alive with a dynamic, firey, sweaty yoga flow + breathwork + clearing meditation. you may even follow this with a crystalline ocean ‘cold plunge’!
brunch is served next, delicious, clean, locally-sourced.
afternoons, we adventure: experience whales and dolphins, hike a glorious waterfall trail, heal in temazcal ceremony or up-level with a dharma talk. siesta + journaling + pooling + spa-ing + relaxation is always there for you. a gorgeous on-site spa is steps away. do as little or as much as you like - all practices and activities are optional.
each evening you’ll renew again with a restorative flow + meditation and/or dreamy sound bath. group dinner follows. everyone and all levels are welcome. just as you are is the whole point.

Hidden Gem Hike
Gorgeous hike that runs mostly along the ocean and is very scenic with a couple of beautiful beaches along the way. There are several great spots for snorkeling! The trail is moderate, with ups and downs and difficult places but full of pristine and crystalline beaches, birds and rewards along the way and at the end. We leave after breakfast at about 11:00 am and we come back at 2:30 pm by boat.

Temazcal
“House of Heat” in the Aztec language, this 90 minute ancient ceremony, guided by a Shaman, is a deep purification process from the inside out. Temazcal sweat lodges were once used by healers to cure the sick and prepare warriors for battle. In this transformation journey, you will engage with the four primal elements and forge a pure bond of mind, body and spirit.

Majestic Ocean Encounters

Stunning and emotional experience. Dive into the natural playground of dolphins in Banderas Bay. Experience the awe as these majestic beings glide effortlessly, with agility, grace eand curiosity. During this immersive journey, not only will you watch from afar, but you’ll also have the chance to join them in the water, listening to their melodic clicks and chirrups.
