Moon’s Tide 🌙 feel the pull
wake up to bird songs each morning, then take barefoot steps to hot cinnamon coffee or exotic tea. more barefoot steps will take you up up up to a palm-thatched-roof gorgeous yoga shala etched into a jungle hillside with infinite ocean views. here, you will ground in nature and meditation and feel your heart release. this is followed with an awakening, full-body fiery 75-min yoga flow and cleansing breathwork, each morning.
food is a form of art here, love is poured into each dish and every meal is clean, delicious, colorful and locally-sourced.
each afternoon, you may mediate to the backdrop of joyful wild nature sounds, indulge in luxurious pool time with a mock- or cocktail, journal in one of the many, many nature nooks, or book a spa session. a gorgeous on-site spa is steps away.
adventures are offered most days, such as hiking a glorious waterfall trail, and healing your heart in a temazcal ceremony. mind-expanding dharma talks, ayurveda rituals and other healing modalities are offered throughout our time. do as little or as much as you like - all practices and activities are for you.
each evening you’ll renew again with a restorative flow, yoga nidra, a blessings meditation and/or dreamy sound bath. a lovely group dinner follows. everyone and all levels are welcome. just as you are is the whole point.

Jungle Waterfall Hike
Gorgeous hike to the local waterfall of Quimixto. Swim under a waterfall, jump off a rock and enjoy nature (and a margarita at the waterside bar). It is about 30 minutes from property. The tour takes around 2.5 hours. We leave from the hotel at 11:00 am and we come back at 2:30 pm.

Temazcal
“House of Heat” in the Aztec language, this 90 minute ancient ceremony, guided by a Shaman, is a deep purification process from the inside out. Temazcal sweat lodges were once used by healers to cure the sick and prepare warriors for battle. In this transformation journey, you will engage with the four primal elements and forge a pure bond of mind, body and spirit.
Packing + Travel Tips
On your day of arrival, 10/10, please plan to arrive to Puerto Vallarta by 4:00 pm, no later. Also, please plan to depart no earlier than 12 pm. This is for ocean fauna and safety reasons on the water.
Yoga mat and props are on-site, no need to pack.
Electric outlets do not support hair dryers, so sorry!
Fresh drinkable water is provided in your room each day, please do not drink tap water.
Tipping Xinalani employees at the end of our stay is greatly appreciated and recommended at $20/person/day (cash only).
